CLASS 2 BUS TRAINING PROGRAM
Get Your Passenger Transportation License with Class 2 Training
A Class 2 license enables you to drive buses and transport passengers professionally. At Active Driving School, our personalized Class 2 training will equip you with the skills to pass the certification exam.
Over the course of 15-20 hours of one-on-one sessions with a certified instructor, our Class 2 program covers:
- Operating different types of buses – You’ll learn how to perform pre-trip inspections, use specialty controls, handle the size and weight, and perform maneuvers.
- Defensive driving principles – We’ll cover hazard perception, mirror usage, maintaining safe distances, and responsibly transporting passengers.
- Knowledge and skills to pass the Class 2 road test – You’ll receive coaching to confidently and safely demonstrate all required competencies.
To qualify for your Class 2 license after completing training, you will need to:
- Hold a valid Class 5 license
- Get a medical report
- Pass the Class 2 knowledge exam
- Pass the on-road driving test
